In this episode, we’re talking with Claire Miller, an accomplished researcher with over 13 years of experience in the legal services industry. Claire works with Langton Genealogy, specialising in probate research.

This is a great opportunity to learn from Claire’s expertise and hear about the fascinating world of genealogy, from hidden family skeletons to innovative trends shaping the field.

Claire owns and runs Langton Genealogy; a genealogical research company which opened in 2010.

Claire’s role is working with Private Client and Court of Protection Teams, supporting them in locating beneficiaries or trustees and compiling family trees for intestacy matters or statutory wills.

In 2022, Langton Genealogy was Highly Commended in the category of Best Probate Research Company at the National Paralegal Awards.  At the 2023 National Paralegal Awards, Claire won the Best Probate Research Paralegal and Best Paralegal in the North & Midlands categories.  Claire was also Highly Commended as Paralegal of the Year at the 2022 Modern Law Awards.
